the pan american games kicked off yesterday in las vegas, nevada. and k1x warrior rick apodaca started the show with a bang. rick went to work (in his k1x strictly business) and scored a team high 15 points in just 23 minutes of action. he also raked in 3 rebounds and 4 assists in the game against mexico but not even this stellar performance was enough to prevent the 100:89 loss for puerto rico. stay tuned right here to find out if rick apodaca and team pr succeed in claiming a spot for the olympics through this qualifiying tournament.
