WATSON CLASSIC CHIPS!
the ny streetball summer is almost over and on saturday the self-proclaimed “best tournament in the bronx” had its final day. crunch-time at watson! the unlimited division’s final between “money over everything” (m.o.e.) and “play da game” was a defensive battle. both teams were loaded with talent such as gordy “the cab driver” malone, jiggy josh, rasco the defender and regular season mvp curtis “the driving force” stinson. the latter led his team “play da game” in a “it’s getting dark but no lights”- 4th quarter battle to a 87-77 victory over m.o.e. and earned himself mvp honors.
k1x is proud to be closely associated to the watson tourney, and looks forward to a family reunion next summer!
